2. Sales Officer | 5 positions | – Higher Secondary or equivalent education. – Previous sales experience is preferred. – Strong communication skills and a hardworking attitude. |
3. Accountant | 2 positions | – Bachelor’s degree in any field. – Minimum 3 years of experience. – Analytical skills and proficiency in accounting tasks. |
4. Field Officer | 10 positions | – Secondary/Higher Secondary education. – Experience in fieldwork is preferred. |
Job Responsibilities
Serve clients within TMSS microfinance program. Oversee and direct staff members. Keep financial records and establish if there are deductions that can be claimed. Develop and maintain working relationships with customers.
Salary & Benefits
Branch Manager: 25,000 – 30,000 BDT. Sales Officer: 15,000 – 20,000.
Accountant: BDT 20,000 – 25,000.
Field Officer: 10,000 – 12,000 BDT.
Other benefits: medical insurance, weekly rest day & annual bonus.
Eligibility Criteria
